The Unit of Projects & Programs Unit is tasked with coordinating all national and donor supported programs and projects aimed at strengthening the justice sector. It manages relationships with international partners, facilitates technical assistance, and ensures that every project aligns with the Ministry’s strategic objectives. From proposal development to implementation oversight, the unit ensures that resources are effectively utilized and results are
achieved.

The unit also provides critical support in planning, monitoring, and evaluating programs related to legal reforms, institutional development, infrastructure, and capacity building. By serving as the central hub for project coordination, it enhances transparency, donor confidence, and interdepartmental collaboration — ultimately contributing to the sustainable growth of Somalia’s justice system.
