Communicating the Ministry’s vision and legal reforms with the public.
The Public Relations and Communication Unit is the face and voice of the Ministry of Justice and Constitutional Affairs. It is responsible for managing the Ministry’s internal and external communications, promoting public awareness, and ensuring timely dissemination of information related to the justice sector. The unit crafts key messages, press releases, public statements, and handles media relations to reflect transparency and build public trust.
Beyond traditional PR work, the unit manages digital communication platforms, organizes awareness campaigns, and coordinates with departments to highlight major achievements, policy shifts, and legal reforms. It also monitors public feedback, ensures clarity in legal communication, and supports citizen engagement by making the Ministry’s work accessible to the Somali public.
